Please see below for important information for potential Buyers to review prior to purchasing in SRV and Applications required for approval of Purchase by Buyers and occupancy by any additional residents.

A few question potential buyers ask about SRV
Please review the SRV documents for detailed information about each of the below questions.

Board Approval of Purchase
All buyers must complete and submit an Application for Purchase and a Background Check form to the SRV prior to purchase. All buyers must also attend an Orientation prior to purchase.

Age Restrictions
SRV is a 55+ Community. At least one (1) person 55 years or older must reside in the Villa. No one under age 18 may reside in the villa for more than 30 days annually.
Pets & Dog Size Limits
SRV allows a maximum of two (2) pets per Villa. Dog height is limited to 15" at the shoulder.
Leasing of Villas
Only 15% of the Villas may rented at any given time. Minimum rental period is three (3) months and no more than two (2) times annually. All leases must be approved by the Board of Directors. Each Tenant must complete an Application and background check form to the SRV Office for Board Approval. Each Tenant must attend an Orientation prior to moving in to a villa.
Visitors & Guests
Visitors & Guests may stay for 30 days in a 12 month period and only when the Owner is present. After 30 days they are considered to be "Residents" and must complete an Additional Resident Application and Background check for approval by the Board of Directors. Mother, father, sister, brother, son and daughter may visit for up to 29 days even when the Owner is not present as long as they are 18+ years of age.
Exterior Maintenance
Owners are responsible for roofs, mansards, doors, windows, and sewer line to the trunk line.

SRV Forms - Application to Purchase, Background Check, etc.

Application for Purchasing Unit
Please complete and submit the Application for Purchase and the Background Check Form (Each Buyer must submit a Background Check form) to the SRV Office at srv2700@comcast.net or 2700 Riverbluff Parkway, Sarasota, FL 34231.

If you will have Additional Resident(s), please have the Additional Resident(s) complete and submit the Additional Resident form and Background Check form to the SRV Office.

If you want to lease the Unit, please complete and submit the Owner Intent to Lease Form to the SRV Office. The Tenant (s) will all need to complete and submit Tenant Application(s) and Background Check forms to the SRV Office.
